T-Day dinner on the trail is hard to beat!  This simple, cheap, and quick to cook meal will chase those homesick blues away!

SPAM SINGLE

1 PKG

BREADCRUMB MIX

1 CUP

DRIED VEGETABLES

1/4 CUP

CRAISINS

1 TSP

CHIA SEEDS

1 TBSP

Home Prep

  • Place all items quart-sized Ziploc freezer bag​​ 

Trail Chef-age

  • Boil 1 cup of water​​ 

  • Add boiling water to the freezer bag with and seal (place in bag koozie if you have one)

  • Let sit for 1 minute

Substitutes

  • You can easily swap out meats to your desired taste. ​​ Dried chicken, turkey, beef, TVP etc.
